Who is responsible?

Which data is collected?

When you request a quotation, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, customer type, location, vehicle information, requested service, message, referral or campaign source and any photographs you choose to upload.

Why is this data used?

Your data is used to answer your request, assess the vehicle and location, calculate or confirm a price, plan an appointment and provide the requested service. The processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement and, where applicable, to perform that agreement or comply with legal obligations.

Who receives the data?

The booking form is processed through FormSubmit and delivered by email. The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting, form-processing and email providers may process limited data as service providers. Your details are not sold and are not used for unrelated marketing without separate permission.

How long is data kept?

Quotation requests are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to handle and follow up the request. Information connected to a completed service may be retained for the periods required by accounting, tax or other applicable law.

Website preferences and analytics

The website stores your language preference locally in your browser. Google Analytics 4 is configured for this website but loads only after explicit analytics consent. It may process page visits, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions with quotation, phone, email and WhatsApp links. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, or request data portability where applicable.
