A few things
we need on site.

I need a working outdoor tap at the front or back of the property. The tap must allow a standard garden hose to be connected securely so I can supply my pressure washer.

• I bring my own extension hose
• The tap must provide normal mains water pressure
• The connection must remain accessible throughout the appointment
• Old, smooth or unusual taps may not accept a secure hose connection

A safe, working and grounded 230V outlet must be available during the service.

• An indoor outlet or weather-safe outdoor outlet is suitable
• The outlet must be accessible from the working area
• Damaged sockets and unsafe adapters cannot be used

Weather affects both safety and the final result. When conditions are unsuitable, we agree on an alternative or move the appointment.

• Below 5 °C, I only work when a suitable indoor workspace is available
• Cold and frost can cause water to freeze and may create unsafe conditions or damage
• Exterior cleaning can still be possible during heavy rain, but a roof or carport gives a significantly better result
• Interior cleaning during heavy rain must take place indoors or fully under cover

Please remove personal belongings before an interior service. An empty cabin allows every accessible area to be cleaned carefully and efficiently.

• Remove valuables, rubbish and loose items from the seats and floor
• Empty door pockets and the centre console when these areas need cleaning
• Remove child seats when the upholstery underneath should be cleaned

I provide a professional cleaning service. Removing animals or clearing large amounts of stable waste is not included in the standard service. Please prepare the vehicle before the appointment.

• All horses and other animals must always be removed
• Remove coarse dirt, manure, droppings and feed
• A small amount of normal remaining dirt is acceptable
• Extreme contamination may result in additional charges
